• Before Use: A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase.
• After Use: Once the translation feature has been used, no refund will be issued.
• Refund Request: Contact us via the email used for payment.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Email address (when signing in with Google), uploaded subtitle file content (deleted immediately after translation), payment information (processed via PortOne; we do not store card details).

This service may display ads through Google AdSense. You can opt out at Google Ad Settings.

5. Data Retention

Email and subscription data are used solely for providing the service and are never sold or shared.
